Introduction

The A549-EGFR Knockout-Stable Cell Line is an A549 lung cancer cell line in which human EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) is no longer expressed due to CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. This cell line was generated by electroporation of A549 cells with ribonucleoprotein complexes of Cas9 and sgRNAs targeting human EGFR.
