A CHO cell line has been established to stably express the full - length human CD32a (131H) (Uniprot: P12318-1) receptor. This cell line has different levels of CD32a (131H) expression (High, Medium, Low), which can be used to test whether an agonist antibody can enhance its agonistic activity in a CD32a (131H) - dependent manner.
Useful for cell-based CD32a (131H) binding assay
FCGR2A encodes a receptor for the Fc region of IgG. It is widely expressed on various immune cells, including neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and platelets. This receptor is involved in phagocytosis, the process by which immune cells engulf and destroy pathogens or foreign particles. It also plays a role in the clearance of immune complexes and the regulation of inflammatory responses. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with various autoimmune and infectious diseases.
