The CHO-K1-BDCA2-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human C-type lectin domain family 4 member C (CLEC4C, BDCA2) on their surface. The surface expression of BDCA2 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
BDCA2 (Blood Dendritic Cell Antigen 2) is a C-type lectin receptor expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). It regulates pDC activation by inhibiting TLR-induced cytokine production (e.g., IFN-α). BDCA2 is a target for autoimmune disease therapy (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus).
