The CHO-K1-BTLA-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human B and T lymphocyte associated (BTLA) on their surface. The surface expression of BTLA is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
BTLA (B and T Lymphocyte Attenuator) is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, and NK cells. It binds to HVEM (TNFRSF14) and delivers inhibitory signals that suppress lymphocyte activation. BTLA synergizes with PD-1 to promote immune tolerance.
