The CHO-K1-CD155-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress Homo sapiens PVR cell adhesion molecule (CD155) on their surface. The surface expression of CD155 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
CD155 (PVR, Poliovirus Receptor) is a transmembrane protein expressed on epithelial cells and tumor cells. It binds to DNAM-1 (activating) and TIGIT/CD96 (inhibitory) receptors on immune cells, modulating cytotoxicity and immune escape. CD155 overexpression is associated with poor cancer prognosis.
