The CHO-K1-CD200 R1-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human CD200 R1 on their surface. The surface expression of CD200 R1 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
CD200 R1 (CD200 Receptor 1) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on myeloid cells (e.g., macrophages, microglia). It binds to CD200 on normal cells, delivering inhibitory signals that suppress inflammation. CD200-CD200 R1 axis is involved in autoimmune diseases and tumor immune evasion.
