The CHO-K1-cyno 4-1BB-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress cynomolgus TNF receptor superfamily member 9 (4-1BB) on their surface.
Drug screening and biological assays
4-1BB (TNFRSF9, CD137) is a co-stimulatory receptor expressed on activated T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells. It binds to 4-1BB Ligand (TNFSF9) on APCs, promoting T cell proliferation, survival, and cytokine production. 4-1BB agonists are being tested in cancer immunotherapy.
