The CHO-K1-Cyno BDCA2 and FcER1G-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress Macaca fascicularis C-type lectin domain family 4 member C (BDCA2) and Fc epsilon receptor Ig (FcER1G) on their surface. The surface expression of BDCA2 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
BDCA2 (Blood Dendritic Cell Antigen 2) is a C-type lectin receptor expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). It regulates pDC activation by inhibiting TLR-induced cytokine production (e.g., IFN-α). BDCA2 is a target for autoimmune disease therapy (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus).
