Introduction
The CHO-K1-FAP-Stable Cell Line is a recombinant FAP-CHO K1 cell line that stably expresses a full-length human FAP-alpha protein (Genbank accession No: NM_004460.2). The surface expression of FAP has been confirmed by flow cytometry. This cell line includes clones with different levels of FAP expression (High, Medium, or Low) to mimic various stages of cancer target cells.
