The CHO-K1-GITR-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) on their surface.
Drug screening and biological assays
GITR (Glucocorticoid-Induced TNFR-Related Protein) is a co-stimulatory receptor expressed on regulatory T cells (Tregs) and activated T cells. It binds to GITR Ligand (TNFSF18), promoting T cell proliferation and suppressing Treg function. GITR agonists are being explored for cancer immunotherapy.
