The CHO-K1-ICOS-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress Homo sapiens inducible T cell costimulator (ICOS) on their surface. The surface expression of ICOS is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
ICOS (Inducible T Cell Costimulator) is a co-stimulatory receptor expressed on activated T cells. It binds to ICOS Ligand (B7-H2, TNFSF18) on APCs, promoting T cell proliferation, cytokine production, and B cell help. ICOS is critical for germinal center formation and humoral immunity.
