The CHO-K1-mouse PD-1-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress Mus musculus programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) on their surface. The surface expression of PD-1 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
PD-1 (Programmed Death-1) is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T-cells. It binds to its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, inhibiting T-cell activation and promoting immune tolerance, which is exploited by tumors to evade immune surveillance.
