The CHO-K1-mouse TIGIT-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress mouse T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) on their surface.
Drug screening and biological assays
TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on T cells and NK cells. It competes with CD226 for binding to CD155/PVR on target cells, delivering an inhibitory signal that suppresses immune cell activation. TIGIT is upregulated in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and contributes to immune evasion in cancer.
