The CHO-K1-VISTA-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human V-set immunoregulatory receptor (VISTA) on their surface. The surface expression of VISTA is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
VISTA (V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation) is an immune checkpoint protein expressed on hematopoietic cells and tumor cells. It functions as a ligand for multiple receptors (e.g., PSGL-1) and suppresses T cell activation by inhibiting TCR signaling. VISTA is overexpressed in various cancers and correlates with poor prognosis.
