The Human IL-10 R alpha/IL-10 R beta (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been engineered to express the STAT3 signaling response element, as well as the full-length human IL-10 R alpha (Uniprot: Q13651) and IL-10 R beta (Uniprot: Q08334) receptors. Stimulation with human IL-10 protein induces the IL-10 R alpha/IL-10 R beta interaction, driving STAT3-mediated luminescence. Neutralization of the biological effect of human IL-10 protein with corresponding antibodies reduces luminescence.
Screen for neutralizing antibodies blocking the stimulation of human IL-10 protein
IL - 10 R alpha and IL - 10 R beta are subunits of the interleukin - 10 receptor. They form a heterodimeric receptor complex that binds IL - 10, a cytokine with anti - inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties, regulating immune responses and maintaining immune homeostasis.
