The Human IL-11 R alpha (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been created to express the STAT3 signaling response element. Stimulation with human IL-11 protein activates the IL-11/IL-11 R alpha interaction, driving STAT3-mediated luminescence. Inhibition of IL-11 binding to IL-11 R alpha with either anti-IL-11 or anti-IL-11 R alpha antibodies results in a decrease in luminescence.
Screen for anti-human IL-11 or anti-human IL-11 R alpha neutralizing antibody.
IL - 11 R alpha (Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha) is a cell - surface receptor that binds interleukin - 11 (IL - 11). It plays roles in hematopoiesis, bone metabolism, and tissue repair by mediating the biological effects of IL - 11, such as stimulating cell proliferation and differentiation in various cell types.
