The Human IL-17 RA/IL-17 RC (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been designed to express the NF-KB signaling response element driving luciferase expression systems. Stimulation with human IL-17A or IL-17F protein activates receptor-mediated signaling, driving NF-魏B-mediated luminescence. Neutralization of the biological effect of human IL-17A or IL-17F protein with corresponding antibodies decreases luminescence.
Screen for neutralizing antibodies blocking the stimulation of human IL-17A or human IL-17F protein.
IL - 17 RA and IL - 17 RC are subunits of the interleukin - 17 receptor complex. They form a functional receptor that binds IL - 17 cytokines, which are involved in the regulation of immune responses, inflammation, and host defense against pathogens, especially in the context of autoimmune and infectious diseases.
