Introduction
The Human IL-2 R alpha & IL-2 R beta & IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been developed to express the STAT5 signaling response element, as well as the full-length human IL-2 R alpha (Uniprot: P01589), IL-2 R beta (Uniprot: P14784), and IL-2 R gamma (Uniprot: P31785-1) receptors. Stimulation with human IL-2 protein activates receptor-mediated signaling, driving STAT5-mediated luminescence.
