Introduction

The Human IL-2 R beta/IL-2 R gamma (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been engineered to express the STAT5 signaling response element, as well as the full-length human IL-2 R beta (Uniprot: P14784) and IL-2 R gamma (Uniprot: P31785-1) receptors. Stimulation with human IL-2 protein activates receptor-mediated signaling, driving STAT5-mediated luminescence.

Background
