This HEK293 reporter cell line expresses the NF-κB signaling response element and the full-length human OX40 receptor (Uniprot: P43489). Luciferase expression is driven by stimulation with OX40 ligand or agonist antibodies. When stimulated with human OX40 ligand protein, the OX40 ligand/OX40 interaction drives NF-κB-mediated luminescence. Inhibition of OX40 ligand binding to OX40 by anti-OX40 ligand or anti-OX40 antibodies results in decreased luminescence.
Screen for anti-human OX40 ligand or anti-human OX40 neutralizing antibody.
OX40 is a costimulatory molecule on T cells that interacts with OX40L on antigen-presenting cells to enhance T cell activation, proliferation, and survival.
