This HEK293 reporter cell line expresses the NF-κB signaling response element driving luciferase expression. When stimulated with human RANKL protein, the RANK/RANKL interaction drives NF-κB-mediated luminescence. Blocking the RANK/RANKL interaction with anti-RANK or anti-RANKL antibodies results in decreased luminescence.
Screen for anti-human RANK antibody or anti-human RANKL antibody blocking RANK/RANKL interaction.
RANK is a receptor for RANKL (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor-kappa B Ligand) and plays a crucial role in bone remodeling by regulating osteoclast differentiation and activation.
