The HEK293-Human SIRP alpha-Stable Cell Line is a stable cell line expressing human SIRP alpha.
Drug screening and biological assays
SIRPα (Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. It binds to CD47 on normal cells and tumor cells, delivering inhibitory signals that suppress phagocytosis. Tumor cells overexpress CD47 to evade SIRPα-mediated clearance, making SIRPα-CD47 axis a target for cancer immunotherapy.
