This HEK293 reporter cell line expresses the NF-κB signaling response element and the full-length human TACI receptor (Uniprot: O14836-1). Luciferase expression is driven by stimulation with human APRIL or BAFF protein. Neutralization of the biological effect of the ligand-receptor interaction by corresponding antibodies or fusion proteins results in decreased luminescence.
Screen for neutralizing antibodies or fusion proteins blocking the stimulation of human APRIL or BAFF protein.
TACI is a tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member that interacts with ligands such as BAFF and APRIL to regulate B cell development and antibody production.
