This HEK293 reporter cell line has been designed to express both the CREB signaling response element and the full-length human TSHR receptor (Uniprot: P16473-1). Upon stimulation with human TSH protein or a TSHR agonist antibody, receptor-mediated signaling activates CREB-mediated luminescence. The biological effect of human TSH protein can be neutralized by a corresponding antibody, leading to a decrease in luminescence.
Screen for anti-human TSHR agonist antibody.
TSHR (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone Receptor) is a G protein-coupled receptor that binds TSH and regulates thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion.
