The Human TSLP R (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell has been constructed to express the STAT5 signaling response element, as well as the full-length human TSLP R (Uniprot: Q9HC73-1) and IL-7 R alpha (Uniprot: P16871-1) receptors. Stimulation with human TSLP protein activates the TSLP/TSLP R interaction, driving STAT5-mediated luminescence. Blocking TSLP binding to TSLP R with either anti-TSLP or anti-TSLP R antibodies reduces luminescence.
Screen for anti-human TSLP or anti-human TSLP R neutralizing antibody.
TSLP R (Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin Receptor) is a cell - surface receptor that binds thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). TSLP is involved in the initiation and maintenance of Th2 - type immune responses, and is associated with allergic diseases such as asthma and atopic dermatitis.
