This HEK293 reporter cell line expresses the NFAT signaling response element and the full-length human VEGF R2 receptor (Uniprot: P35968-1). When stimulated with human VEGF protein, the interaction between VEGF and VEGF R2 drives NFAT-mediated luminescence. Inhibition of VEGF binding to VEGF R2 by anti-VEGF or anti-VEGF R2 antibodies results in decreased luminescence.
Screen for anti-human VEGF R2 or anti-human VEGF neutralizing antibody.
VEGF R2 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds VEGF and regulates angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels.
