Introduction
The HEK293-mAChR-M5/NFAT (Luc) -Stable Cell Line is a HEK293 cell line that stably expresses the full-length human muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M5 and a firefly luciferase reporter under the control of the NFAT response element. This cell line has been validated by flow cytometry and responds to muscarinic acetylcholine receptor agonists such as Oxotremorine M and Carbamoylcholine chloride.
