The CHO-K1-B7-H3-Stable Cell Line consists of recombinant CHO-K1 cells that stably overexpress human CD276 (B7-H3) on their surface. The surface expression of B7-H3 is confirmed by FACS analysis.
Drug screening and biological assays
B7-H3 (CD276) is an immune checkpoint molecule expressed on tumor cells and antigen-presenting cells. Its receptors remain unclear, but it suppresses T cell activation and promotes tumor immune evasion. B7-H3 is a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.
