Background
LILRB4, is member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (IR) family, and primarily expressed on monocytes and potentially act as an inhibitory myeloid immune checkpoint molecule. LILRB4 is also found overexpression on monocytic myeloid leukemia cells that enhance infiltration and inhibits T cell activation.
