Drug screening and biological assays
ROR1, also known as NTRKR1, is a transmembrane protein belonging to the receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor (ROR) family. ROR1 modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. ROR1 has recently been found to be overexpressed on cancer stem cells, which can play a functional role in promoting cancer cell migration, invasion or spheroid formation.
