SLAMF7, also named CD319, is membrane protein belonging to self-ligand receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family. SLAMF7 is also found to be a robust marker of normal plasma cells and malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma, its monocional antibody, Elotuzumab, has been approved for treatment of multiple myeloma.
