Stable CHOK1 cell line expressing exogenous human TIGIT gene
Drug screening and biological assays
TIGIT (T cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to B7-CD28 superfamily. TIGIT is mainly expressed on NK cells and activated, memory and regulatory T cells. It can bind to CD155 and CD122, and play an important role in T cell activation and susceptibility to autoimmune challenges.
