Introduction
This cell line is a Jurkat-based reporter cell line engineered to express the NFAT response element-driven luciferase expression system and the full-length human CD16a (158F) (Uniprot: P08637). Compared to CD16a-158V, it has a lower affinity for IgG1 and IgG3 isotypes. It is used to evaluate the ADCC activity of antibodies in the presence of corresponding target cells.
