Introduction
The CHO/Mouse FCGRT-P2A-mGFP&B2M Cell Line has been designed to express full-length mouse FCGRT (Uniprot: Q61559) and mGFP linked by a viral P2A self-cleaving peptide, as well as full-length mouse B2M (Uniprot: P01887). The expression of mGFP, which characterizes mouse FCGRT, has been confirmed by flow cytometry.

Background
The FCGR3A gene encodes a low-affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG). It is expressed on the surface of natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and some T cells. This receptor plays a crucial role in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), where it binds to the Fc portion of antibodies attached to target cells, leading to the activation of immune cells and the destruction of the target cells. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation.
