A Jurkat reporter cell line that expresses the NFAT response element driving luciferase - expressing systems and the full - length human CD32a (131H) (Uniprot: P12318-1) has been engineered. This cell line can be used to evaluate the ADCP activity of antibodies in the presence of corresponding target cells.
Determination of ADCP activity induced by antibodies.
FCGR2A encodes a receptor for the Fc region of IgG. It is widely expressed on various immune cells, including neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, and platelets. This receptor is involved in phagocytosis, the process by which immune cells engulf and destroy pathogens or foreign particles. It also plays a role in the clearance of immune complexes and the regulation of inflammatory responses. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with various autoimmune and infectious diseases.
