Introduction
This cell line is a Jurkat-based reporter cell line engineered to express the NFAT response element-driven luciferase expression system and the full-length human CD32a (Uniprot: P12318-1) with an Arginine (R) mutation at amino acid 131. Compared to CD32a-131H, it has a lower affinity for IgG2 isotypes. It is used to evaluate the ADCP activity of antibodies in the presence of corresponding target cells.

Determination of ADCP activity induced by antibodies.
