The Human CD32b (Luc) Jurkat Reporter Cell has been designed to express both the NFAT response element that drives luciferase expression and the full-length human CD32b receptor (Uniprot: P31994-1). This cell line can be utilized to assess the ADCP activity of antibodies in the presence of corresponding target cells.
Determination of ADCP activity induced by antibodies.
FCGR2B encodes an inhibitory receptor for the Fc region of IgG. It is expressed on B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. This receptor contains an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM) in its cytoplasmic tail. When the receptor is engaged by immune complexes, it recruits phosphatases that inhibit the activation signals generated by other immune receptors, thereby dampening the immune response. It plays a crucial role in maintaining immune tolerance and preventing autoimmune diseases.
