The Human DR3 (TL1A receptor) (Luc) Jurkat Reporter Cell has been constructed to express the NF-κB signaling response element as well as the human DR3 (TL1A receptor) (Uniprot: Q93038-1). Upon stimulation with human TL1A protein, the TL1A/DR3 interaction induces NF-κB-mediated luminescence. Blocking TL1A binding to DR3 with either anti-TL1A or anti-DR3 antibodies leads to a reduction in luminescence.
Screen for neutralizing antibodies blocking the stimulation of human TL1A protein.
Death receptor 3 (DR3), also known as TNFRSF25, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that binds TNF-like cytokine 1A (TL1A), involved in the regulation of apoptosis and immune responses.
