Introduction

The Human DR3 (TL1A receptor) (Luc) Jurkat Reporter Cell was engineered to express the NF-κB signaling response element and the human DR3 (TL1A receptor) (Uniprot: Q93038-1). Stimulation with human TL1A protein can drive NF-κB-mediated luminescence. Inhibition of TL1A binding to DR3 by either anti-TL1A or anti-DR3 antibodies results in decreased luminescence.

Application

Screen for neutralizing antibodies blocking the stimulation of human TL1A protein.

Background

DR3 is a tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member that binds TL1A and plays a role in regulating immune responses and inflammation.
