Introduction
This Jurkat reporter cell line expresses both the NFAT response element driving luciferase expression and the full-length human NKp46 receptor (Uniprot: O76036-1). When co-cultured with an anti-human NKp46 agonist antibody, the interaction between the agonist antibody and NKp46 on the cell surface results in NFAT-mediated luminescence.
