The Jurkat-Human NKp46 (Luc)-Reporter Cell is engineered to express the NFAT response element driving luciferase expression systems and the receptor full-length human NKp46 (Uniprot: O76036-1). When co-cultured with anti-human Nkp46 agonist antibody, the interaction of agonist antibody and NKp46 on the surface of Human NKp46 (Luc) Jurkat Reporter Cell results in NFAT-mediated luminescence.
Screen for anti-human NKp46 agonist antibody.
NKp46 (Natural Cytotoxicity Triggering Receptor 1, NCR1) is an activating receptor expressed on NK cells and some innate lymphoid cells. It recognizes viral hemagglutinins and tumor-associated antigens, triggering cytotoxicity and cytokine production. NKp47 is critical for NK cell-mediated antiviral and antitumor immunity.
