The MM.1S-eGFP/Firefly Luciferase BCMA Knockout-Stable Cell Line is a MM.1S cell line that constitutively expresses firefly luciferase and enhanced GFP (eGFP) under the control of a CMV promoter. BCMA has been genetically removed using CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing.
Drug screening and biological assays
BCMA (B - Cell Maturation Antigen), also known as TNFRSF17 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 17), is a cell surface receptor expressed mainly on mature B cells and plasma cells. It plays a role in B - cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation, and is a target for therapeutic interventions in multiple myeloma and other B - cell malignancies.
