Stable CT26 cell line expressing exogenous human PDL1 PVR gene
Drug screening and biological assays
PDL1 & PVR, also known as CD274&CD155. PVR mediates natural killer cell adhesion and triggers its effector function, participates in mediating tumor cell infiltration and migration, and is the attachment receptor of poliovirus. PDL1 is a type I transmembrane protein which is a member of the growing B7 family of immune molecules and is involved in the regulation of cellular and humoral immune responses. PDL1 may inhibit ongoing T-cell responses by inducing apoptosis and arresting cell-cycle progression. Recently, some study provides a concept that combinatorial expression patterns of PVR and PD-L1 are key determinants for PD-1 blockade.
