The Raji-Human HVEM-Stable Cell Line is engineered to express full-length human HVEM (Uniprot: Q92956-1), used to mimic cancer target cells. Surface expression of human HVEM is confirmed by flow cytometry.
Useful for cell-based HVEM binding assay
HVEM (Herpesvirus Entry Mediator, TNFRSF14) is a dual-function receptor expressed on immune cells. It binds to LIGHT (TNFSF14, activating) or BTLA/CD162 (inhibitory), modulating lymphocyte activation and immune tolerance. HVEM is involved in autoimmune diseases and tumor immune evasion.
